The BPO or Business Process Outsourcing industry is considered today as one of largest industries of the Philippines, and 70% of the industry was contributed by the continuous success of the call center industry of the country.
According to industry experts, India was considered as the leading provider of call center services in the global market. Today, however, the Philippines had now replaced India as the call center capital of the world with over 350,000 Filipinos working in call centers unlike India
