Released in 2008, the Toshiba 37XV553DB is part of a line-up that included 32 and 42 inch models. And with the year watching new technology like Blu-ray steadily becoming a stable at many home entertainment systems, and many other affordable HD sources are being broadcasted, having full HD capability is now becoming the norm for many large screen LCD TVs.
