A Great Coach Looks At Your Game And Makes It Better!

I talk about this subject often, but I think it is worth mentioning again. If you want to raise your game as an entrepreneur, you need a coach. Period. Sure, you can get pretty far driving solo, people do it all of the time. But, in order to truly get to the level of delivering at your highest potential, you need help.

While on vacation this summer I came across an older Forbes magazine with Bill Gates on the cover and the article was titled, "The best advice I ever received." I picked up the magazine and went to the nearest hammock.

One of the profiles that really stood out was Eric Schmidt's. He is the CEO of Google. He said, "the best advice I have ever received is to hire a coach." He said after working with a coach, his entire game changed for the better...and he was already at the top of his profession (so what does that say)?

A few days ago, I was stressed because I had a problem (a good problem, but a problem nonetheless). I spoke with my business coach about it and she provided insight that had never crossed my mind. She helped me frame something in such a way that after our call, all I could do was smile.

I love knowing that I have someone on my team who is only there to help make me better and raise my game...there is a lot of comfort in that.

Let me ask you, who is helping make your game better? Who is showing you how to stretch yourself and reach even further? Who is introducing you to short cuts and proven models? If your answer is nobody, then you need to start interviewing to fill that position asap...

Good luck!
