What is the Bible School Experience Like? What Courses are Offered?

Bible school will teach you how to understand and communicate the word of God in the modern world. At Bible school, you will want to engage in both a broad survey of, and an in-depth understanding of, the word of God. When you have a broad comprehension of the entire Word, coupled with a deep understanding of key elements, your life will begin to express this reality.

Bible School Outreaches

There are often regular weekly and monthly outreaches at Bible School; in addition to extracurricular activities, these keep students very busy and active. You need to handle your own personal activity time as well, including tasks such as laundry, social activities, fitness, and so on. Or, you can work out in our gym, catch up with friends and family through email, and so on.

Part-time Work

Because you have a full load of courses at Bible School, there is really no time for a part time or full time job while you are at school. You may, however, be assigned practical day to day duties, where you can energetically work, organize, and contribute productively in real and concrete ways to our community.

Daily Duties

In addition to these free time activities, you will often be assigned a daily duty, which takes about forty-five minutes each day. You may be involved in clearing, setting, or serving tables, you might do domestic duties such as bathroom or building cleaning, etc. These tasks allow you to develop a great work ethic, and develop your teamwork skillset.

These are some of the aspects and course offerings that may be part of your Bible School experience. Schools vary greatly, so be sure to check with your school administrators regarding your local offerings and operations.
