Rather than pay to replace pieces that could be damaged or destroyed in the process of moving it is smart to properly package them in boxes that are designed to cushion them from impact.
Finally, when there just doesn't seem to be a box that fits your needs, or you have items that are too delicate, a packing crate is ideal for these purposes. They can hold just about anything from grandfather clocks and glass table tops to wide screen TVs and motorcycles. With each box that you complete, you can make the process of moving just easier by clearly labeling where it is meant to go in your new house.
