Want To Start A Riot ? Hire The Police

Hitler used to have riots started by having members of the GESTAPO infiltrate groups that were opposed to the NAZI regime, the GESTAPO was the political police force of the NAZIs. They would dress as civilians, and entice others to attack the NAZI soldiers or hurl insults. The GESTAPO did this to weed out who in the groups, were the leaders against the NAZI regime. Once the suspects were eyed, signals were given to the NAZI soldiers who would have them separated from the groups, hauled away and executed. This practice still continues today, only instead of NAZI soldiers and the Gestapo, it's being done by police officers.

Have there been cases proven where the police have abused their authority ? On March 3, 1991, Rodney King and two passengers were driving west on the Foothill Freeway and were apprehended by four members of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) after a high speed pursuit. King was tackled, tasered, and heavily beaten with clubs, by the officers, all of which was videotaped by George Holliday.

A Maryland restaurant employee and his friend were taking a break outside the restaurant, when a police officer approached them. The officer questioned the men and asked one of them to verify his employment at the restaurant. A fellow employee came out of the restaurant to verify that this man worked there. After two more police officers arrived, an officer grabbed one of the men and repeatedly struck him in the head with a baton, and ordered him to get on the ground, handcuffed him, and kicked him in the ribs. The man suffered bruises and a large laceration to his scalp, which required stitches to close and resulted in a scar which will require future surgery to repair. The man who was assaulted continues to experience headaches, anxiety, nightmares, and emotional distress related to the incident.

The lawsuits claiming excessive use of force by Police officers is growing more every day, in fact the statistics are downright scary. Some typical newspaper headlines about such incidents are: Suit claims police used excessive force - Man sues Springs police, alleging excessive force - Suit alleges S.L. police used excessive force - Coyote Valley claims excessive police force. Many of these cases have numerous witnesses and even video evidence that show that the police did indeed use excessive force.

A recent survey said nearly 98% of emergency room physicians believe some patients were victims of excessive force by police. Yet most of the suspected incidents went unreported because no laws require physicians to alert authorities. Ninety-five percent of the doctors reported injuries caused by fists and feet, in otherwords the police hit and kicked the shit out of many people they detain or handcuff.

Is there proof that police officers are participating in or causing riots ?

In Seattle in 1999 at the World Trade Organization meeting, the authorities declared a state of emergency, imposed curfews and resorted to nothing short of police state tactics in response to a small minority of hostile 'black bloc anarchists' hooligans. In his film Police State 2 , Alex Jones covered the fact that the police allowed the 'black bloc anarchists' to freely riot in downtown Seattle while they concentrated on preventing the movement of peaceful protestors. The film presents clear evidence that the left-wing anarchist groups are actually controlled by the state and used to demonize peaceful protesters.

At the WTO protests in Genoa 2001 a protestor was killed after being shot in the head and run over twice by a police vehicle. The Italian Carabinere (A branch of armed forces) also later beat on peaceful protestors as they slept, and even tortured some, at the Diaz School. It later emerged that the police fabricated evidence against the protesters, claiming they were anarchist rioters, to justify their actions. Some Carabiniere officials have since come forward to say they knew of infiltration of the so called 'black bloc anarchists', and that fellow officers acted as agent provocateurs.

At the Free Trade Area of Americas protests in Miami in late November 2003, more provocateuring was evident. The United Steelworkers of America calling for a congressional investigation, stated that the police intentionally caused violence and arrested and charged hundreds of peaceful protestors. In 2007 at a meeting at the North American leaders summit in Montebello, Quebec, a riot occurred. Later police admitted that three of their officers had disguised themselves as demonstrators, but they said the three undercover officers were only at the protest to locate and identify non-peaceful protesters in order to prevent any incidents. Strangely when a video surfaced on YouTube that showed the three plainclothes police officers at the protest with bandanas across their faces, one of the officers was carrying a rock.

In early 2009 at a meeting of the G20 nations in France, a riot occurred, after the events were over the Independent Police Complaints Commission had received 256 complaints relating to the G20 protests. Of these, 121 have been made about the use of excessive force by police officers, while 75 related to police tactics.

1955, a contest was announced in the Los Angeles Police Department's internal magazine, BEAT. The contest involved devising a motto for the Los Angeles Police Academy. The motto needed to be something that would express the ideals to which those who serve as Los Angeles Police Officers are dedicated. The winning entry, "To protect and to serve", was submitted by Officer Joseph S. Dorobek and served as the LAPD academy's motto until, by City Council action, it became the official motto of the entire Los Angeles Police Department in 1963. It continues to appear on the Department's patrol cars as a symbol of commitment to service. "To protect and to serve" has become one of the most recognizable phrases in law enforcement throughout the United States, but it now seems these words are rapidly changing to 'To Harass and Enslave'.
