“Life is once, only once, time and tide wait for none” life is the most precious gift of nature and one who hasn’t extracted its juice to the fullest hasn’t lived it.
Today, we are living in a computerized world; we don’t think of healthy living anymore, our only concern is money. This materialistic attitude has given birth to a lot number of disease, OBESITY being one of them. Its no longer remains a disease, it’s now an epidemic.
“Health is wealth” and the most vital cause of obesity is lack of awareness towards health, we live an unscheduled life; eat whatever we get without thinking of the hap hazardous consequences it has on our body.
Once you fall into obesity’s trap, it becomes a hell lot difficult for you to expose yourself in society; you lose your confidence level and feel isolated. Its never too late, you are never too young or too old to start doing exercise. Exercise rejuvenates your mind, body and soul; it increases the metabolic procedure and contributes a lot in burning calories, it prevents against chronicle illness, disability and premature death.
In the eyes of experts, 30 minutes of intense physical exercise can do wonders for you; it does not means rigorous workouts. Swimming, dancing, cycling, jogging etc are highly enjoyable and effective forms of exercise. Shuffle your exercising agenda and make it as interesting as it can get. Some easy ways to accomplish fitness are-
“No pain no gain” exercise alone can’t do wonders for you, but a slight change in lifestyle along with exercise can lead to astounding consequences. Change your eating habit; avoid junk food and high cholesterol food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables; they are exceedingly nutritious and easily digestible. Drink a lot of water and fresh juice.
“There is no shortcut to success” Diet Pills claim to reduce weight at an enormous speed, but what about the long term effects??? Diet pills are definitely fast in reducing weight but once you stop taking them you restart gaining weight.
They also carry enormous side effects, some being symptoms of serious heart and lung diseases, chest pain, swelling of feet or lower legs, fainting, trouble in breathing and decreased ability to exercise.
Be fitness cautious, exercise may be a bit time taking, but its natural as well as long lasting and the best part of exercise is that it does not carries any side effect.
