Some Interesting Games To Play With Replica Guns

One popular product that seems to have no end in it's popularity is replica guns. These seem to be the latest rage. If you haven't gotten some of these toys yet, you should. If you do have some of these toys, then I've got a couple of great ideas for some games that you can play with your friends. As long as you use safety precautions, especially eye and face protection, you'll be good to go, and you'll likely have the time of your life.

One game you can play is called escaped convict. You get three or four volunteers that will be the guys who just escaped from jail. They only get handguns, with ten BBs each. This is to simulate what would happen during a regular prison break. The guards, on the other hand, are equipped with fully automatic rifles and shotguns. It's imperative that everybody wear protective eye goggles, masks and vests.

The game starts when the three or four escapees run into an open area, that has some degree of cover. A small forest is perfect, as is a hilly area with some trees. Of course, it is always desirable to play on a designated field for this sort of thing. That way you won't run the risk of causing any difficulties with kids or pets. You give the escapees about a ten minute head start, and they have one objective. They have to get to a certain area within a certain time. If they do, they win. If they don't the other guys win.

One more game that is similar to this is a variation on the old cops and robbers game. Choose one or two guys to be the burglars, and the rest of you can the police. Send in the burglars into a house, where they have to find several previously hidden items. These items are the "loot" that they must get and escape. Of course, make sure you get the homeowners permission when you play this. If the robbers can the loot and make a clean getaway, they win. If you catch before they get the loot and escape, then you win. Just be careful not to break anything.

One more game to play is a variation of the old target practice. You simply set up some targets, and then come up with different ways to get points. This can be particularly fun if you have some automatic weapons, like the AK 47 replica that shoots several BBs per second. Simply set up a bunch of cans and see who can shoot them all down in the smallest amount of time. Or take your favorite sniper rifle, and see who can hit a target far away in the least amount of shots. There are plenty of variations on this particular game.

These are but a few of the many games you can play with these wonderful toys. I'm sure you can think of many more, and once you play them, the sky's the limit. You are only constrained by your imagination. So get out there, have some fun, and be safe. If you think of any more good games, come back and tell us about them so we can have some fun as well.
