Are Your Children Showing Entrepreneurial Tendencies?

Some say entrepreneurs are born while others say any one can become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneur is someone who can come up with new ideas to undertake a certain activity for instance business enterprise and ensure that the activity he/she undertakes is successful. Some of the common characteristics of entrepreneurs include the ability to initiate and manage a venture, creativity, readiness to invest time and capital in the business and willingness to take risk; meaning that they are usually ready to undertake businesses that involves financial risks and willingness to do something where no one has done before in terms of investing money and other resources in it.

The major trait of entrepreneurs is that they are good in decision making; i.e. they can make viable decisions concerning a particular venture by gathering relevant information concerning the venture. They are also risk takers in that they can take part in a venture that involves financial risks. They usually assess the risks involved and calculate benefits that can be achieved from the venture before they can invest in that venture.

Entrepreneurs usually prefer working alone and they like being in control of everything that they undertake. This is due to the fact that they like being accountable for their deeds. They also like working in an environment where they have all powers so that they can control the business well and they discourage themselves from working under any authority. Entrepreneurs are never intimidated by challenges as they view them as opportunities and would always face these challenges with the intention of turning them around.
