Many people who believe in God and in the immortality of human soul want to be saved. Believers of many faiths usually try to go by the rules given to them by their religion to obtain Salvation. But are these rules right and good enough to make one be saved?
As the Revelation of St. John told to us, there are two kinds of people who are supposed to be saved: the elected who stayed virgins (however, their souls use to be caught by dark mafia that serves the Devil) and those who came out of a great tribulation (as for the excessively suffering people, I suppose that not all of them will be saved, but only those who at least possessed a piece of God's Goodness and Wisdom; it is said that to be allowed to enter the Kingdom of God, one had to experience divine feelings during his or her life as a man on the Earth, because these feelings and suffering together can make him be ready to enter the Paradise).
Now you may ask: "If I am neither a virgin nor he who suffered more than most of other people did, can I be saved?" I am afraid that the right answer would probably be negative.
It is said that whom we believe to be saved he will not be saved and whom we believe not to be saved he will be saved. It is also said that God has chosen those hated by the world ( those who are badly-off) to save them and those who will not be saved were given a better life and happiness on the Earth in exchange.
This world thinks that only very good people can be saved, but the mere "being good" is not powerful enough to unlock the gate of the God's Kingdom. To be really true, the good has to be joined with (deep) wisdom and (big) suffering.
But what is deep wisdom? To know is to feel the things in their essence with all the relatedness with everything. Real knowledge can only be experienced as deep feelings, it cannot be fully taught by reading.
And big suffering? It means to experience pain, fear and to be misunderstood by other people in such an extend, that is much greater than in other men. But it is necessary to add, that there are some people who suffered very much and will not be saved if they miss divine feelings in them, which in fact are the necessary condition of energetic compatibility with the God's Kingdom. It is also wrong to search suffering to become one of those who will come out of a great tribulation, because when a really big suffering, everybody wants to escape. And who is supposed to experience any big suffering, he will experience it if God wishes it so, even if he tried to escape.
The world thinks that only good people will be saved. But as for all the good people, would they stay good if circumstances changed and forced them to behave badly? And from what point of view are these people good and why? Change the angle of your point of view and the goodness of these people will change too. For not everything what we call good the good really is.
It is written that the names of those who will be saved are listed in the book of life that was written before the foundation of the world. So it's as plain as the Sun in one's face that God had chosen those who will be saved a very long time before they were born. He had planned the life of us all.
One should not strive for being saved, because eternal life and Salvation is something what a man can profit from by being in perfect body with perfect health and in perfect world to live perfect life. As a matter of fact, people should not think about their possible Salvation at all. Just forget about it and that's it. Simply try to live as good and reasonably as you can and let the decision about your Salvation on your God. People should take such an attitude toward Salvation to never expect it. Every wise man must know that he is doing a lot of evil and as it is generally known, no one is without a sin. Everybody has imperfections and faults, and no one can know whom the God chosen to let him enter the Holy Place of His.
