Is Christianity important to your relationship? If so you may want to consider Christian MatchUp. They have created a simple yet effective christian friendly site.
The sign-up
Initial signup just covers the basic information and goes quickly. Age range options are “exact”, “no restrictions” or “plus or minus 2-15 years of my age”. An interesting result is if you accept someone 15 years younger...you also accept 15 years older. This should combat some societal age discrimination, perhaps making some consider suitable partners a few years older than they are.
Signup isn’t too tedious although the unfilled information error was not specific and I spent a minute searching the page up and down before spotting the terms & conditions checkbox at the top.
You can answer personality questions later, Members who have completed the personality questions have a "P?" icon on their profile.
In your profile description essay you are nudged "What aspects of your religion are important to you and your partner?
Free signup is immediate however, subscriptions are not permitted till you are approved. They are serious about restricting this to those of Christian faith it appears, so you may have to wait for approval to “go live”.
Photos can be added after free signup.
Free members can send winks
Basic Features
"ChristianMatchUp communication features include: Who's Online, "Send a Wink", internal e-mail, etc. You can upload multiple photos, and add users to your “favorites” list."
Updates in the works for this fairly new site include a chat room.
Bottom Line
Membership is still on the low side for this site, but if Jesus is important to your relationship it’s worth a look. The signup is quick and free and if you see a reason to subscribe even better. At worst you read a few nice profiles of people who actually have their head screwed on straight! I predict big growth in membership at this site due to their generous affiliate marketing campaign. This is one to watch. I’ll be checking on their progress.
