How To Quickly Boost Your Intelligence To Genius Levels Through Subconscious Mind Power


Many people believe that intelligence is set in stone. That you either have it, or you don't. That is absolutely false. You can easily and dramatically increase your IQ through the practical application of certain mind techniques that make use of your subconscious mind power. It's easy, it's quick, and in only a few minutes a day, you will see your intelligence of all types quickly skyrocket to Einstein levels of genius.

First of all, what is intelligence? Sure, there are IQ tests you can take, but they have been around for many, many years. They were created before scientists even understood that there were different kinds of intelligences. Even within the various different intelligence, some believe that it is only possible to possess certain areas of brainpower, and not others. For example, those that are skilled in the arts may assume that they can't also be equally skilled in mathematics and science. This is absolutely false.

As B.F Skinner said, every child is born a genius, but 99,99% of us are "de-geniused" by the time we grow up. And where does this de-geniusing take place? Schools. As we are forced to sit in our school desks and speak only when spoken to, our intelligences aren't given full space to grow. This has the unfortunate consequence of limiting your potential. The good news is that through the daily application of focused meditation, you can easily maximize your subconscious mind power to explode the power of your mind to genius levels.

There are several mind power techniques, and this is likely the easiest, and the most effective. It requires little time for you to substantially improve mind power. Were you to take any intelligence test before and after a couple of weeks of this easy practice, you would naturally see an obvious improvement.

So, what's the technique? Simple. You'll need to create a statement of your intelligence, and a strong feeling associated with it. Just think back to whenever you had one of those "AHA!" moments. Really feel that distinctive feeling as you carefully whisper your mind expanding mantra to yourself. If this is the first time, it helps to focus on one area of intelligence, like art, or math, or social intelligence. Design a set of affirmations that describe the ideal state of being with regards to your intelligence, specific to any area you'd like to improve.

Then find a quiet place to sit back and relax. Take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and release all thoughts, all doubts, all fears. Release all thoughts about the past or the future. Focus only on the present. Paying close attention to your breath is an ideal way to do this. Once you are in that lazy, drowsy state of mind, begin to slowly and softly say your mantra, or your set of statements regarding your ideal intelligence.

While you are making you statements, get that "AHA!" feeling, and hold it for as long as possible. If your mind drifts, simply bring it back by remembering a time when you had a creative breakthrough, or you exercised your intelligence in a particularly pleasurable fashion. The more emotion you bring to bear, the quicker this will work.

Do this two or three times a day (before sleeping and upon awakening are best), and start to notice the increase in your brainpower. Once you start to become confident in this method, you can switch to other intelligences. Social intelligence, scientific and mathematical intelligence, or any other specific area you can think of. Even ones that you can create on your own, that can be specific to your line of work or whatever kind of project you are working on.
