Proceeding Undeterred to YOUR Finish Line


Believe it or not, I used to be an introvert.

Sure, in school, once I was immersed in the group and felt comfortable, I had to be the center of attention. I have always preferred taking the leadership mantle to the moniker of follower. Yet I have always had apprehension sharing my innermost self, struggles and strengths with others.

Whether you are in sales or just have a message you feel compelled to share with the world, you must break free from that cocoon and shed that skin. Getting your message out there to the world requires getting past misgivings about a lot of things.

Realize that no matter what, you will never please every member of the masses. It cannot be done. Even our most popular governmental leaders had a few naysayers. However, what you can do, is always think in the best interests of the whole; as a leader, you will not find your best possible success level unless you put the needs of your people ahead of your own needs.

I have delivered speeches to packed auditoriums, danced or cracked jokes to crack the ice and yes
