The Tapping World Summit 2011 is web-based series of interviews that showcases some of the thought leaders in both meridian tapping and also the Law of Attraction teaching. The objective is to show people how they can literally change their lives through the use of a very simple, painless technique to eradicate issues varying from confronting fears to kicking additions.
Tapping is based on the ancient Chinese therapy of acupressure and intends to alter the internal energy flows by tapping on certain nervous points on the head.
Gary Craig developed the idea of adding personal issues to the tapping regime and found that his clients achieved incredible breakthroughs in their situations.
He named it Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT and by using it you can eliminate negative thoughts bringing you back to a better equilibrium state. While tapping you talk about the specific problem you are facing, increase the difficulties of that situation and then finish with some positive messages.
For some people, this sounds a bit woo-woo but lots of folk report fantastic improvements in their circumstances. For myself, I can report that after I tap, each time I feel brighter and happier to meet a situation which I wasn't looking forward to previously.
The Tapping World Summit 2011, now in its third year, is free to join in and is organized by Nick and Alex Ortner of thetappingsolution.com. They bring together about 20 leaders in the topic in a sequence of free teleseminars broadcast via the Internet. I don't know the line-up for this year but believe it will be like the other events.
In earlier years experts have included Brad Yates, Bob Proctor and Bob Doyle. Some of them might be recognized from the movie The Secret because the association with the Law of Attraction.
The summit has grown in popularity going from 81,000 people in 2009 to more than 100,000 listeners in 2010. of emotional freedom technique, it's hoped that visitors to Tapping World Summit 2011 will approach 300,000.
Tapping World Summit 2011 will be launched on Feb 21st and there are some free pre-launch videos with Jack Canfield, Bruce Lipton and Cheryl Richardson. The two I've seen have been very interesting.
